For forty-one years, Gaylord Clark of Stevenson, MD has been involved with commercial fisheries in the Mid-Atlantic, North Pacific, and Bering Sea. Every year, his family’s fishing vessel, Jack of Hearts, line fishes salmon for three months off the coast of Alaska in Bristol Bay. That fish is then flash frozen and delivered back to us here in Maryland.

They also sustainably source wild-caught fin and shellfish through a network of commercial fishermen.  

Why wild-caught fish? Fish that are wild-caught have more nutrition, less pollutants than farmed fish, and, when fished sustainably, support healthy fish populations.
